ORDER This 19th day of April, 1990, the appellee having moved to affirm the judgment of the Family Court, and it appearing manifest on the face of appellant's brief that the appeal is without merit because the issues on appeal are factual and otherwise involve matters of judicial discretion, clearly there is sufficient evidence to support the findings of fact and there was no abuse of discretion; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Family Court be and it hereby is AFFIRMED on the basis of and for the reasons stated by the Family Court in its well-reasoned opinion of October 25, 1989.
