Action by the plaintiff Anthony Vidakovic against the defendants Richard B. Campbell and Farmers Mutual Automobile Insurance
Company (Campbell's insurance carrier) to recover damages arising out of an automobile accident. The accident occurred on Highway 50 in a rural area of Kenosha county about nine o'clock on the evening of May 9, 1955, as
a result of the automobile operated by Vidakovic colliding with the rear of Campbell's car which had come to a complete stop
on the highway some seconds before. As a result of the collision Vidakovic sustained personal injuries and his automobile
was damaged.
